The premier Utica Park Clinic is searching for a skilled Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join its established team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.Requirements: Certified Acute Care Nurse PractitionerCritical care experience preferred (the team is open to coaching a new graduate) About Your Work:·         Team of 8 NPs·         Inpatient-only setting·         7 on/7 off shift·         Monday through Sunday Schedule.         One week of days (7am-7pm) per month (2 APPs and 3 physicians rounding) and one week of nights (7pm-7am) per month (2 NPs plus physician on call)·         49 ICU beds plus some additional CV ICU on occasion.         Serve as first call on-site during nights for critical care beds (Physician always on call for assistance if needed)·         Epic EMR Recruitment Package may include:            • Base salary + wRVU production incentive            • CME/CEU Allowance            • Sign-on bonus            • Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans            • Relocation allowance            • Paid malpractice coverage            • Health benefits + Retirement plan            • Marketing + practice growth assistance Awards: Hillcrest Medical Center, recognized as a pillar of healthcare in the community, received an "A" Patient Safety Rating from The Leapfrog Group in Spring 2024.  About Hillcrest HealthCare System: Utica Park Clinic (UPC), recognized as the premier, multi-specialty health care group in northeastern Oklahoma, is a part of Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS), the Oklahoma division of Ardent Health Services.
